Tours & Field Trips

We offer both private tours and educational field trip opportunities to local schools and organizations here in Southern California. Below is a list of tour options currently available here at KML.

Standard Tour (45-60 min): Tour of lab facility focusing on history, aquariums, and latest research. Tour elements are subject to change based on group age and size. Tour may include both indoor/outdoor activities based upon weather conditions.

Extended Tour (2 hours): Extended lab tour that includes additional hands-on elements such as microscope viewing, touch tanks, and beach activities. Tour elements are subject to change based on group age and size. Tour may include both indoor/outdoor activities based upon weather conditions.

Small Group (1-19 people)

Standard Tour: $100-175/group
Extended Tour: $200-325/group

Medium Group (20-39 people, may need to be split up into sub-groups)

Standard Tour: $175-275/group
Extended Tour: $325-450/group

Large Group (40+ people, must be split up into sub-groups)

Standard Tour: $275-375/group
Extended Tour: $450-600/group

Pricing is subject to change. We also offer discounts to Title 1 Schools and non-profit organizations.
